Virtual asset service providers operating in Slovenia must register with the UPPD (Office for Money Laundering Prevention) under AML/CTF legislation; the UPPD publishes the list of registered VASPs on its website.

Under MiCA, crypto-asset service providers seeking authorisation in Slovenia must apply to the ATVP; the ATVP is the national competent authority for MiCA in Slovenia.
