Following the transfer of crypto oversight from Bappebti to OJK, crypto asset organisers (exchanges and custodians) must obtain a licence from OJK; OJK publishes the register of licensed entities on its website.

Prior to oversight transfer to OJK, Bappebti licensed crypto asset physical traders (Pedagang Fisik Aset Kripto); the Bappebti register remains the authoritative source during the transition period.
